UK (Delivery time 2-3 working day)
All orders to Mainland UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Sign For service at a flat cost of £4.95. This service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. If you do not arrange collection of the goods from your local sorting office and the goods are returned to us, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Europe (Delivery time 5-7 working days)
For European countries, we make a flat charge of £8.95 sterling. This (where possible), will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Rest of the World (Delivery time 10-14 working days)
For all countries outside the European Union we make a flat charge of £13.95 sterling. This (where possible), will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

At Otis Batterbee London we will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 2 business days of receiving your order

Packaging
All Otis Batterbee products arrive boxed in our signature brown luxury boxing with the exception of the Grand Tour Wash Bags in both sizes. The Grand Tours are stuffed with brown tissue paper. Should you choose to have your item gift wrapped our team will lovingly place your chosen purchase in one of luxury gift wrap envelopes.

Returns and Exchanges
All Otis Batterbee products have been made to the highest standards in the United Kingdom, and we pride ourselves on the quality of all our products.

Returning an Item
Otis Batterbee is happy to exchange or refund any item that doesn’t entirely meet your satisfaction within 30 days. Simply return your item/s to us in its original packaging with the completed returns form. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return all items. Please note Otis Batterbee does not offer a free returns policy and you should expect to pay postage for the delivery of all items to Otis Batterbee. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, damaged or stolen.

Pricing and Availability
If an item is out of stock a representative of Otis Batterbee London will contact you by phone or email. If the item ordered is sold out we will offer an alternative and we will tell you how long the item will take to be back in stock. We will take full payment for all out of stock products at the time the order is placed.

All offers are subject to availability. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in GBP (£) include 20% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice Despite our best efforts, from time to time a small number of the items in our range may be incorrectly priced. We will endeavour to rectify this as soon as we can.

Promotional codes
Each promotion has a special code and is only valid for a limited time.

Privacy Statement
When you shop on otisbatterbee.com, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you. Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order.

Formation of a contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we charge for and dispatch the order to you. Any products on the same order which we have not charged for or dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Returns Policy
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.

Your invoice/dispatch note will come with a form to fill out should you wish to refund or exchange your purchase. Please ensure that this form is enclosed with your return, and that you have stated the reason why the product(s) are being returned.

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post.
All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them. We regret that, unless the items are returned with the full packaging the goods will be non-refundable.

We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation. If the exchanged item you requested is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note that in the unlikely event of the goods actually being faulty, or if we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall of course pay for postage.
