Making A Purchase
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.

By Internet:
Follow our ordering process at www.otisbatterbee.com. Browse the full range of products on the Shop Online tab. Then fill in the quantity and colour of the product you would like and then follow the simple checkout process.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

By phone:
Contact us by calling + 44 (0) 20 7431 0958. Office hours are between 09.30am and 18.00 Monday to Friday excluding all bank holidays.

By post:
Cheques to be made payable to Otis Batterbee London. On the reverse please write your address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (Maestro cards only) you will need to allow up to 7 working days for us to clear your cheque before your goods can be dispatched.

Deliveries

UK Mainland (Delivery time 2 - 3 Days)

- For deliveries within the UK, we make a flat charge of £4.95 sterling.
- Goods will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection.

If you do not arrange collection of the goods from your local sorting office and the goods are returned to us, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Europe (Delivery time is between 5 - 7 days)

Please note:
- For European countries, we make a flat charge of £8 sterling.
- This (where possible), will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery.
- Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Rest of World (Delivery time is 10-14 Days)

Please note:
- For countries outside Europe we make a flat charge of £12 sterling.
- This (where possible), will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery.
- Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
- At Otis Batterbee London we will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Formation of a contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we charge for and despatch the order to you. Any products on the same order which we have not charged for or despatched do not form part of that contract.

Pricing and Availability
If an item is out of stock a representative of Otis Batterbee London will contact you by phone or email. If the item ordered is sold out we will offer an alternative and we will tell you how long the item will take to be back in stock. We will take full payment for all out of stock products at the time the order is placed.

All offers are subject to availability. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in GBP (£) include 17.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice Despite our best efforts, from time to time a small number of the items in our range may be incorrectly priced. We will endeavour to rectify this as soon as we can.

Promotional codes:
Each promotion has a special code and is only valid for a limited time.

When you shop on otisbatterbee.com, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you. Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order.

We never pass on your data to 3rd party companies for mailing or marketing purposes.

In addition, we may maintain a record of your purchases from otisbatterbee.com. We do not retain or store you credit card information.
